HHS Issues A Proposed Rule For API Standards For Electronic Health Information
On February 11, 2019, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued proposed rules about the standards for application programming interfaces (APIs) for electronic health information (EHI) sharing across health plans, provider organizations, and acute and post-acute care settings.
