HealthTap Collaborates With Facebook To Provide Free Text Access To Physicians

On April 12, 2016, HealthTap, an online telemedicine company, announced that it was collaborating with Facebook to use the new Messenger platform to provide free text access to physicians and health care information. By using the Facebook Messenger new chatbot option, users can anonymously and privately contact the HealthTap Q&A service with a health question.
