Hawaii Medicaid Releases RFP For Managed Behavioral Services For Adults With Serious Mental Illness
On November 6, 2020, the Hawaii Department of Human Services released a request for proposals (RFP–MQD–2021-010) seeking a managed behavioral health organization (BHO) to administer the state’s Community Care Services (CCS) program, which provides behavioral health services and medications to more than 5,200 Medicaid-eligible adults with serious mental illness (SMI) or serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
