Genoa Behavioral Health Specialty Pharmacy Launches Telepsychiatry Service

On November 4, 2015, behavioral health specialty pharmacy Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company (Genoa), launched a new telepsychiatry service, Genoa Telepsychiatry, following its acquisition of 1DocWay, a large outpatient telepsychiatry provider organization with operations in 11 states.  Genoa, which has operations in 38 states and the District of Columbia, plans to expand Genoa Telepsychiatry nationwide. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
