Florida Medicaid Changing ABA Provider Organization Licensure Requirements
By December 1, 2020, Florida Medicaid will require all applied behavior analysis (ABA) provider organizations to show proof of their health care clinic licensure, as a condition of Medicaid enrollment. Florida defines a health care clinic as an entity that provides health care services and tenders charges for reimbursement for services to payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance.
