DOL Issues Revised Families First Coronavirus Response Act Regulations
On September 16, 2020, the Department of Labor (DOL) issued a revised temporary rule effective the same day to clarify worker eligibility for emergency paid sick leave to assist working families facing public health emergencies arising out of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) global pandemic, and public health emergency leave under Title I of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
