Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority Ends MCPN Contract With Gateway Health Due To Integrity Concerns, All Consumers To Transfer To CareLink Network

On May 18, 2016, the Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority (DWMHA) board of directors canceled its contract with Gateway Community Health to provide Manager of a Comprehensive Provider Network (MCPN) Medicaid services for children with serious emotional disturbance and adults with serious mental illness. People served by Gateway’s provider network will be transitioned to CareLink Network Inc. effective June 17, 2016.
