Delaware Health System Transformation Project To Move 90% Of All Primary Care Services To Value-Based Arrangements
Delaware is bidding out project facilitation and management services for its statewide multi-payer health system transformation initiatives that are focused on moving 90% of primary care reimbursement to value-based arrangements by the end of 2020.
