CVS Health To Expand Telemedicine Services
On August 25, 2015, CVS Health announced plans to expand access to telemedicine services at its in-store MinuteClinics, retail pharmacy, and through its digital health service. CVS Health seeks to explore how direct-to-consumer telehealth providers, retail pharmacy and retail clinic providers can collaborate to improve care. For the expansion, CVS Health is working with three telehealth companies: American Well, Doctor on Demand, and Teladoc.
