CVS Health Completes Aetna Acquisition

On November 28, 2018, CVS Health announced that it completed its $69 billion acquisition of the health insurer Aetna. However, final legal approvals are still pending, and may not be issued for several months. The judge overseeing the acquisition is still reviewing antitrust concerns, and a hearing is scheduled for December 18, 2018.
