Connecticut To Privatize Community Behavioral Health Center Services In Western Region

The Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) is privatizing community behavioral health center (CBHC) services in Torrington. The state released a request for proposals (RFP DMHAS-EQMI-TCBHC-2017) on May 3, 2017, with proposals due by June 21, 2017.
