Colorado Issues RFP For New Addiction Recovery Peer Support Services

On June 28, 2016, the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) released a request for proposals (RFP IHJA 2016000270) for new addiction recovery peer support services. Proposals are due by July 28, 2016. CDHS anticipates awarding contracts to two non-profit peer-run organizations or peer-professional partnerships; the total funding available to fund services is $1.75 million. The anticipated initial term of the resulting contract is September 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, followed by four optional one-year renewal periods.
