Colorado Medicaid Selects Five Organizations For Regional Integrated Behavioral & Physical Health Initiative
On October 2, 2017, the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) issued intent to award notices for regional accountable entity (RAE) contracts to five provider organizations that will manage integrated physical and behavioral health services in the state’s seven regions for the Medicaid Accountable Care Collaborative (ACC). The selected organizations are: Rocky Mountain HMO, Inc.; Northeast Health Partners, LLC; Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA), LLC; Colorado Access; and Health Colorado, Inc.
