Colorado Medicaid Moving To Single LTSS Entry Point
The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) hopes to implement statewide a single entry point for long-term services and supports (LTSS). New processes for existing and prospective Medicaid members regarding long-term services and supports (LTSS) are being piloted using the Aerial Care and Case Management System (Aerial) platform, a new information technology (IT) case-management solution.
