Colorado Legislature Considering Bill To Allow Medical Marijuana As Treatment For Minors With Autism

The Colorado legislature is considering legislation that would add autism to the list of conditions eligible to use medical marijuana. The Bill gives families with members who have autism - adult or minor - the option to seek a medical marijuana recommendation to treat symptoms of the disability. The addition was proposed by Colorado HB19-1028 “Medical Marijuana Condition Autism.” It was introduced on January 4, 2019.
