The Colorado Department of Corrections (DOC) is testing a new community-based reentry program, called the Work and Gain Education and Employment Skills (WAGEES) project, in a contract valued at $1 million, which was awarded to the Latino Coalition for Community Leadership (LCCL), Colorado Branch.
