On August 22, 2019, the City of Chicago, Illinois, announced an expansion of the Chicago and Cook County Flexible Housing Pool (FHP), which coordinates permanent supportive housing for homeless and at-risk city residents. The FHP recently received more than $1.8 million in new investments, including $1.5 million in private investments over the next three years.
