Dallas Children’s Health Announces Partnership With Urgent Care Startup Mend

On December 11, 2015 Children’s Health in Dallas announced a partnership with Mend, an on-demand urgent medical care start-up. Children’s Health will own a majority stake in Mend, but will not fully acquire the tech start-up. As an affiliate of Children’s Health, Mend is now able to extend its scope of services and geographic reach throughout the state of Texas, as well as to other markets.
