Centerstone & Uspiritus To Merge
On November 15, 2017, Centerstone Kentucky and Uspiritus released a letter of intent to merge, combining the at-risk youth services of both organizations. The organizations intend to advance specialized care for this population through the merger.
Following the merger, the current president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Centerstone, Tony Zipple, will retain his title. The current Uspiritus President and CEO, Abbreial Drane, would become the chief operating officer (COO) of Centerstone's Child and Family Services division. According to Amanda Newton, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Centerstone, the two organizations do not expect a reduction . . .
