On February 14, 2019, Caravan Health announced a new collaboration with community health systems across the country to launch a nationwide accountable care organization (ACO). The ACO includes primary care, specialty, and hospital provider organizations. The 132 participating health care systems serve more than 230,000 attributed Medicare beneficiaries.
