AMA Invests $15 Million In Health2047 Start Up To Integrate Health Care Solutions
On January 11, 2016, the American Medical Association (AMA) announced it had invested $15 million in Health2047, Inc., a for-profit, private, integrated innovation company that will explore health care innovations and new service prototypes to identify those with high system-level impact to integrate care. Health2047 will focus on the following areas of innovation: system-level solutions to chronic disease; value-based health care; connected health solutions, and collaboration models for physicians, providers, payers, and patients.
