Acadia Healthcare Acquires Six UK Inpatient Behavioral Health Facilities

On September 2, 2015, Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc., announced that its United Kingdom operation, Partnerships in Care (PiC), recently completed three behavioral health acquisitions. The acquisitions added a total of six inpatient behavioral health facilities with 149 beds. Acadia said the facilities generate approximately $35 million in annual revenue.

Acadia provides behavioral health services through a network of 232 behavioral health facilities with approximately 9,400 beds located in 37 states, the United Kingdom and Puerto Rico.
