Only 20% Of Older Homeless Adults Have Advance Care Planning
About 21.5% of currently homeless or recently homeless adults age 50 and older said in a survey that they had discussed their advance care planning (ACP) wishes with anyone. Only 19.0% reported having ACP documentation.
