Between 2003 and 2014, the prevalence of adolescents between ages 12 and 17 with an addiction disorder, and the incidence of adolescents with delinquent behaviors declined. The annual prevalence of adolescents per 100 in the population with a past-year addiction disorder dropped by 49%, from 17.1 per 100 in 2003 to 8.8 per 100 in 2014.
