24% Of Consumers Post Health Care Online Reviews, 48% Read Health Care Reviews

Nearly half (48%) of consumers in the United States read online health care-related reviews, and about a quarter of consumers (24%) post such reviews of their experiences with physicians, facilities, pharmacists, health plans, medical devices. Of those who said they read online consumer reviews and rankings, 68% said they used the information in their selections of health care services.
