Horizon Health Services Expansion Offers Medical Services in Niagara Falls, New York Horizon Health Services (Horizon) now offers medical services in its mental health and chemical dependency center Niagara Falls, New York. Horizon will offer general medical services for Horizon clients and Niagara Falls residents in a new facility located within Horizon's City Market Plaza center. Construction of the medical service facility was funded by a $100,000 grant from the Community Health Foundation of Western & Central New York.
