Using Pharmacy Data For Performance Improvement In Value-Based Contracts
For health plans and health systems alike, we’re seeing more of a focus on “total consumer spending” as a value measure. This “big picture” approach has suddenly brought into focus the importance of social supports to address social determinants of health and the role of medications in population health management.
Medications are important for two reasons.
