Surviving The Health Crisis & The Financial Crisis Created By The Pandemic: Executive Resources

I was in a discussion with a group of chief executive officers (CEOs) this week about life and times. One question came up that was interesting—where are we in the arc of the crisis? Are we in discovery mode or crisis management? Or have we moved to recovery strategy or post-recovery planning? The consensus of the group is that we are in crisis management mode (one CEO described it as "survival mode") and that recovery was not in sight.
