How many consumers with disabilities can live in a home in the community? Before you hit “reply” and send me a pointed comment, I want to say that my question is somewhat rhetorical. I know that most consumers, with the right supports, can live in the community. Which is why I was surprised to read this headline – 44% Of Minnesota Residents With I/DD Live In Their Own Homes, Much Lower Than National Average.
