Jumping The Addiction Treatment Gap
About 70% of employers report that they see negative effects of untreated addictive disorders among their workforce. A recent report from the National Safety Council (NSC) found that untreated substance use disorders can pose significant costs for employers in terms of absenteeism, on-the-job injuries, increased health care utilization, and impaired or decreased job performance.
