Innovation Defined: ‘Useful, Actionable, Efficient’
Health and human service provider organizations need to create new services. Consumers want easy to use services. Health plans are looking for high-value services, that they are increasingly reimbursing based on gainsharing. New competitors are serving complex consumers. There is less volume (and revenue) in “aging” service lines—and new services are needed to fill in the gaps.
