The Challenge Of Insuring Consumers With Preexisting Conditions
The future of health care coverage and health care financing in the U.S. is front and center. At the top of this list is the issue of how to address providing health benefit coverage for consumers with pre-existing conditions. Yet based on recent discussions with colleagues, I have come to realize there is a lot of confusion around this issue and what the policy options are to assure affordable coverage for all consumers.
