Building Your Connection Culture

Optimizing organizational performance can be about a lot of things – data, metrics-based management, leadership, etc. – but more and more, whether an organization succeeds or fails to perform comes down to leadership and organizational culture (see Building A Culture Of Performance). I am reminded of the quote from the recently-maligned General John J. Pershing, "A competent leader can get efficient service from poor troops, while on the contrary an incapable leader can demoralize the best of troops."
