Bad IT At Your Organization? Blame The Executive Team
I hear lots of complaints about technology at health and human service organizations. It’s slow. It doesn’t do what we need. It’s down all the time. The implementation is taking too long. It seems to never be done. We’re doing spreadsheets of data because the reporting doesn’t work. So who’s responsible?
