Back To The Office? The Testing Dilemma

I have a few interesting observations about ‘reopening’ of health care service operations after the pandemic crisis closures based on discussions during last week’s virtual 2020 OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute. Executives are conflicted—for many reasons—about reopening their office-based operations. And, there is a real lack of clarity about the mandates and availability of testing.
