We Were Almost Hacked!

Recently at OPEN MINDS our mail server turned itself off and we had a situation no business wants to find itself in – a morning with no email. As much as the gap in service was an inconvenience, it was exactly what should have happened. It turns out that persons unknown in Fujian, China were trying to hack our system (to get access to send spam, I imagine – spam of the "herbal Viagra" and "lost relatives in Nigeria" variety).
