Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, chat rooms, blogging – all terms now part of our everyday lexicon, but just a few years ago were still relatively foreign concepts. And social media is moving beyond networking and socialization – it is increasingly being employed as a tool in the health and human services field, by payers, providers, and consumers.
