The Cost Of ‘Competencies’
Short-term business issues loom over strategy development for many executive teams in the health and human service field. But, I think the short term is a bit messy but clear – change enough and change fast enough to outmaneuver your competitors.
The bigger question that is lurking (and troubling) for many organizations is one of the long term. What is the future role of the organization in a more mature and much-altered environment?
