Here’s a question for you – will the “gig” economy define the new health and human service workforce? I’m not sure what I think about this relatively new concept (a shorthand reference to the growing numbers of Americans who no longer hold a regular “job” with a long-term connection to a particular organization) as a human resources (HR) model for the health and human service field.
