Where Are The Dual Eligible Demonstration Projects?
Dual eligibles—the population eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid benefits—are the focus of a number of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) demonstration projects. Full benefit dual eligibles—who overwhelmingly qualify for Medicaid and Medicare on the basis of a physical or mental disability—are the specific focus of the CMS dual eligible demo projects.
