Not Enough Revenue? Show Me Your Marketing Plan
When organizations tell me their revenues are down, my first request is “Show me your marketing plan...” The responses I’ve heard to that request are all over the map. The worst responses I get to that question are:
- We have no real competition, so I don’t need to do any marketing
- Our services sell themselves
- Our clinical staff are responsible for keeping our income up
Obviously, in today's market, those types of responses aren't going to take you . . .
