Webster Capital Acquires Autism Network
Webster Capital recently acquired Behavior Development Group (BDG), an organization focused on treating children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Terms of the purchase have not been disclosed.
With the acquisition, Webster Capital will be investing into BDG’s future expansions—BDG currently operates in three states. Some of the other health care services that Webster Capital is currently involved in include BayMark Health Services, Cirrus Medical Staffing, and Epic Health Services.
