Valera Health App Study Shows Increased Engagement From Consumers With Depression, Anxiety
Following a one-year health app study, Valera Health found an increase in health engagement due to health app use in those with anxiety/depression. The study findings showed that depression and anxiety scores and remission rates showed improvement. The study was conducted jointly by Valera Health and Montefiore Medical System. Consumers in the study were tracked between 12-18 weeks, depending on their stay at the Valera Health facility.
