The Ensign Group Acquires Two Arizona Post-Acute Care Campuses

The Ensign Group, Inc. (Ensign) has acquired the real estate and operations of two post-acute care retirement campuses. The acquisitions were effective May 1, 2019 and include: Vista Post Acute and Rehabilitation, a 150-bed skilled nursing operation in Peoria, Arizona; Olive Ridge Senior Living, a 70 independent living facility in Peoria; Alta Mesa Health and Rehabilitation, a 58-bed skilled nursing facility in Mesa, Arizona; and The Groves Assisted Living and Independent Senior Living Community a senior living center with 18 assisted living beds and 88 independent living units, in Mesa, Arizona.
