DoseMe is the developer of DoseMeRx, an advanced precision dosing tool to help clinical professionals accurately dose consumers’ high-risk parenteral medications based on individual needs, resulting in significant improvements to mortality, risk, and consumers outcomes.
Already available in over 100 hospitals and infusion providers worldwide, DoseMeRx’s precision dosing capabilities will now be combined with TRHC’s proprietary Medication Risk Mitigation technologies to enhance and accelerate medication safety solutions available in the hospital setting. According to statements from DoseMe CEO Charles Cornish, the organization anticipates that by joining TRHC, it will be able to more effectively combat the growing problem of adverse drug events by utilizing better medication monitoring and dosing. TRHC expects the acquisition to close in the first quarter of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
