Summit Behavioral Health Opens Eating Disorder Treatment Program
Summit Behavioral Health announced that they have opened a multi-level eating disorder treatment center in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. The comprehensive program is for women aged 18 and older who suffer from eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder.
The program combines clinical, medical, and nutritional assistance to offer individual treatment for each consumer. Individual/group/family support is mixed with counseling; trauma work; eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy; classes; and holistic services such as yoga to provide effective treatment options.
