Relias Acquires OnCourse Learning’s Health Care Business

Relias recently announced it has acquired the health care division of Wisconsin-based OnCourse Learning. Included in the acquisition are OnCourse’s numerous eCommerce websites and other properties, such as nurse.com, CE direct, continuingeducation.com, and several others.

With the purchase, Relias grows its nursing online continuing education library to more than 10,000 courses across health care settings, making it the broadest and deepest course library in health care. Additionally, the transaction helps to further Relias’s strategy of offering an integrated platform that combines performance metrics, assessments, and personalized learning.
