Pioneer Human Services Acquires Phoenix Recovery Services

Mental health and addiction disorder treatment provider organization Pioneer Human Services (Pioneer) recently acquired Phoenix Recovery Services. (Phoenix). Pioneer currently operates two inpatient facilities, a jail program, and a transition house in Skagit County, Washington.

The purchase of Phoenix will add to Pioneer’s outpatient service offerings in the area, helping to round out its portfolio of services in Skagit County. According to Pioneer leadership, some of Phoenix’s services will remain the same for the time being, but may be expanded in future plans.
