Paladina Health Acquires Activate Healthcare, Creating Large Provider Of Value-Based Care
Denver, Colorado-based direct primary care services provider organization Paladina Health (Paladina) recently announced it has acquired Indiana-based Activate Healthcare (Activate). The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed at this time.
Together, the two organizations will form one of the nation’s largest providers of value-based primary care, serving more than 170,000 health care consumers throughout 18 states.
