OnShift Rolls Out App To Help Long-term Care Workers Better Manage Expenses
OnShift rolled out a new app, OnShift Wallet, to help long-term care workers better manage their expenses. The company partnered with PayActiv, an employee financial wellness software company, to develop the app.
OnShift allows workers to spend money from wages that they have earned between paychecks. Up to half an employee's yet-to-be-earned paycheck can be accessed, with the amount being capped out at $500 per pay period. Access to these wages is intended to allow workers to have the financial resources they need to get through trying times that can arise from unplanned expenses. While . . .
